ABOUT TOM

Tom is a registered Architect with 35 years of experience in the architecture/construction industry He has held several senior roles like Director of Design and Senior Project Architect/Manager. His experience spans several market sectors including: Senior Living, Healthcare, Industrial projects, Grocery Stores, Religious Facilities, Office and Institutional projects. His use of ArchiCad (a 3D architectural modeling software) for 25 years makes him an extremely competent and effective Senior Project Manager. Tom will be responsible for managing the design team and overseeing the entire project on a day-to-day basis from schematic design through design development, contract documents, bidding and construction administration. Having owned and managed a Design-Build firm, he has also completed ground up construction of over a dozen projects. In addition, Tom’s experience & accumen with real estate development is extremely valuable because of his deep understanding of proformas and tight schedules.
